Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Bhakti Beauty Care, led by founder Pranjal Suthar in Vadodara, Gujarat, we strive to deliver an exceptional salon and bridal experience. We value your time and allocate dedicated artist schedules for your appointments. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing appointment cancellations, rescheduling, advance payments, and refund processing.

2. Appointment Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled salon service or consultation, we request that you notify us as early as possible. You can notify us of a cancellation by contacting our studio team via phone or WhatsApp at +91 95866 16092 or by emailing pranjalhari0@gmail.com.

3. Appointment Rescheduling

We are happy to accommodate appointment rescheduling requests whenever possible. Customers are encouraged to inform us in advance so we can adjust our calendar and offer you an alternative available time slot. Rescheduling is subject to studio availability.

4. Advance Payments

For peak-season bridal bookings, customized pre-bridal seating packages, or specialized clinical skin procedures, an advance deposit may be collected to confirm your date and artist allocation. Any specific conditions regarding advance deposits will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

5. Service Cancellation by Studio

In the rare event that Bhakti Beauty Care needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, studio emergencies, or artist illness, we will notify you promptly and offer immediate rescheduling to a suitable date or arrange appropriate resolution options.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not applicable under the following conditions:

• Services that have already been fully or partially rendered at the salon.
• Completed skin rituals, hair styling, hair spa treatments, or makeup sessions.
• Unannounced no-shows where artist time, room booking, and dedicated product preparations were allocated without prior notice.

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund request is reviewed and deemed eligible by Bhakti Beauty Care management, the refund will be processed back to the original payment source or through bank transfer. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.

9. Payment Gateway & Third-Party Processing

Payments made online via our booking partner (Snip & Glow) or third-party payment gateways will follow standard banking and payment gateway processing timelines. Bhakti Beauty Care is not responsible for external banking delays beyond our control.
