4. Appointment Booking

Appointments can be scheduled online via our authorized booking platform (Snip & Glow at snipandglow.com/book/sng009), via direct phone calls (+91 95866 16092), or through our official WhatsApp concierge. Bookings are confirmed once slot availability is validated by our studio team.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a seamless and high-quality salon experience, customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact details (name, phone number, email) when making a reservation.
• Arriving promptly at the scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times or re-scheduling, depending on studio slot availability.
• Informing our beauty specialists prior to any treatment regarding existing skin conditions, allergies, past chemical treatments, or cosmetic sensitivities.

6. Pricing & Availability

Prices listed on our service menu, catalog, or website are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are correct at the time of publication. Bhakti Beauty Care reserves the right to update service prices or adjust package inclusions. Confirmed bookings made prior to price updates will be honored at the rate agreed upon during booking confirmation.

7. Payments

Payments for salon services and packages can be completed at our Vadodara studio via cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, or through our authorized online payment booking portal.

8. Advance Payments

For high-demand services, specialized clinical skin treatments, or curated bridal seating packages, an advance deposit may be requested to lock in your appointment date and artist schedule. Any advance payment terms will be clearly communicated prior to collection.

9. Appointment Changes & Rescheduling

We understand schedules change. If you need to modify or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible via phone or WhatsApp (+91 95866 16092). We will do our best to accommodate your revised time slot based on salon availability.
